Hu's Story
Hello, I am Hu Cheng, a Tai Chi instructor and artist with over a decade of experience in both Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi. My journey into Tai Chi began in 2012 in China, where started learning the Traditional Chen style. It took me a full year to master the form and delve deeply into Chen style Tai Chi, which has guided me towards a balanced healthy lifestyle. In 2013, I participated in the "Zen Fit" program, a initiative that merges Traditional Tai Chi with martial arts, emphasizing holistic mind and body aimed at "returning origin." This program transformed my approach to learning Tai Chi, making it enjoyable and accessible while highlighting its numerous benefits. The three core values of Zen Fit—Greatfulness, Commitment, and Sharing—motivate me to express my appreciation for the opportunity to learn Tai Chi and inspire others to experience its benefits as well.
